Looking for real estate is one of the most important decisions in the life of middle class families around the world. The first thing when looking for a house is location. A good location for a house means it is a safe neighborhood with extremely low or non existent crime rate and proximity to good schools if the family has young children who need a decent education.

It is also important that the house if close to public transport such as bus stops and subway system so that if one of the parents or both want to avoid driving they can take the subway to work.
